A graduate of Texas A&M University - Petroleum Engineering, our COO has been in the oil and gas industry for more than 20 years. His experiences include exploration, drilling, well completion, well integrity and assessment, subsurface evaluation as well as other upstream disciplines.

Now, as the driving force behind Impressive Logging Services, he exemplifies visionary leadership, spearheading strategic initiatives and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. M.Saifullah Zaidi

Business Development Manager

Saifullah, with over 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serves as the Business Development Manager at Impressive Logging Services Sdn Bhd. His expertise spans fluid engineering, specialty chemicals, and business development across Southeast Asia, including Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Brunei, Myanmar, and Vietnam. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Petroleum Engineering from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS. In his current role, he is responsible for expanding the company’s regional presence and diversifying its service offerings beyond core logging operations. Saifullah is committed to driving growth, fostering strong client relationships, and championing innovation to stay ahead of market trends.

Asrul Izwan M. Salleh

Technical and Contract Management

Asrul Izwan stands as the esteemed General Manager of the Technical & Contract Management department. Armed with a degree in Control, Instrumentation & Automation, and Electronics Engineering, he launched his career in the oil and gas sector as a field engineer and programmer, swiftly rising to the rank of senior service engineer within an impressive 15-year span. His career further flourished as he took on the role of Business Development Manager in the upstream division at Impressive Logging Services. Now, as the General Manager, he masterfully oversees the entire technical operation from inception to completion. Additionally, as a recognized contracting expert, he expertly manages all contracts associated with Impressive Logging Services, ensuring seamless execution and unparalleled excellence.

M.Fuad Ashat

Borneo Region Manager

Mr. Fuad is a seasoned upstream specialist with over 25 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, primarily in drilling and well operations. A graduate of the University of Missouri-Rolla (now Missouri University of Science and Technology), he began his career as a field engineer in offshore Sarawak, gaining hands-on experience in well surveillance and production optimization. Over the years, he has played key roles in the planning and execution of complex exploration and development drilling campaigns with one of Malaysia’s leading Production Sharing Contractors (PSCs). His expertise spans well engineering, project management, and HSE compliance, with a strong track record of delivering technically challenging projects safely and efficiently. Known for his leadership and mentoring capabilities, Mr. Fuad continues to drive operational excellence and innovation across upstream activities.

Khairul Nizam, holder of a prestigious Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, boasts an exhilarating career spanning over 19 years in the industry. His remarkable journey, primarily focused on business development, is complemented by his profound expertise in process engineering, operations & maintenance, and asset integrity management. As our General Manager of Business Development, Sales, and Marketing, Khairul is poised to steer Impressive Logging Services towards unparalleled success, continually unveiling new business opportunities. His extensive experience and strategic acumen make him the ideal leader to elevate our market presence and ensure our products achieve widespread recognition

With over a decade of experience as a log analyst in cased hole logging services, Dahlia Zulkefli has been a driving force behind technological advancements at Impressive Logging Services. Her illustrious career began at Halliburton as a wireline specialist, following her graduation in Petroleum Engineering from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS. In 2017, she transitioned to Roke Eurasia, honing her expertise in formation evaluation. Since 2019, Dahlia has been an invaluable member of our team, excelling in cement evaluation, casing integrity, and formation evaluation services. In 2022, she further distinguished herself by earning a Master of Science in Petroleum Geoscience from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS. Dahlia’s extensive experience and profound knowledge make her an indispensable asset, continually propelling Impressive Logging Services forward in tackling technological challenges and delivering exceptional solutions to our esteemed clients.

Siti N. Dahliawati Zulkefli

Well Log Interpretation Manager

Irfan Fadzalisham has been an invaluable member of the Impressive Logging Services team since 2020. With a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis, he seamlessly transitioned into the role of field engineer upon joining us. His work consistently mirrors the company's mission and vision, showcasing a dedication to excellence. Recognizing his potential, Irfan was swiftly enrolled in the fast-track program, ascending to the position of DESC Engineer, where he bridged client needs with the operations and data teams. Possessing a winning attitude and exemplary personality, Irfan seamlessly transitioned to the business development team as a Technical Sales Engineer, leveraging hands-on experience with our products, particularly in cement evaluation and neutron logging services. His adeptness in client management has been pivotal in securing job opportunities, thus contributing significantly to the growth of Impressive Logging Services.

A. Azhan Imam Baweh

QHSE Manager

Ahmad Azhan joined our team in 2020, bringing over 7 years of invaluable experience in the upstream oil and gas industry. A distinguished graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Oil & Gas Engineering from University of Technology Mara (UiTM), Ahmad began his career as a Mud Logger, a role he excelled in for over seven years before embracing a new challenge with us as a Field Engineer in cased hole logging. Leveraging his extensive background in drilling operations, Azhan has been instrumental in elevating our safety standards to rival those of the industry's leading players. His unwavering dedication to safety has led to the introduction of numerous protocols that ensure safe onshore and offshore operations without compromising the quality of our work. Ahmad’s arrival has significantly enhanced our team's dynamic, propelling our working culture to new heights of excellence.

Began as a junior executive at Malaysia Petroleum Management (MPM), Petronas, she delved into the details of Wells Management, focusing on plug and abandonment and well integrity operations. With a foundation built on strong technical skills and analytical abilities, she transitioned to Impressive Logging Services Sdn Bhd where she initially commenced her journey as a Sales Engineer. Driven by her natural talents and dedication, she quickly advanced to hold a title as a Contract Engineer. In this role, she showed exceptional skill in contract management, playing a vital part in securing contracts with operators. Her dedication to continuous learning fuels her passion for growth and make valuable contributions to the team and company objectives.

Ahmad Fadhullah stands as one of the most dedicated employees at Impressive Logging Services. Since the company's inception, he has been instrumental in establishing the operations department, guiding its growth from 2020 to the present. A proud graduate of University of Technology Mara (UiTM) with a Bachelor's in Oil & Gas Engineering, Fadhullah began his career as a field engineer at Roke Eurasia, specializing in neutron logging. Upon joining Impressive Logging Services, he quickly mastered various cased hole logging services, including cement evaluation and well integrity logging. His exceptional skills and rapid proficiency caught the management's eye, leading to his promotion to Operations Manager. In a start-up with less than five years of experience, managing resources—both manpower and equipment—poses significant challenges. Yet, Fadhullah's determination and drive have enabled him to navigate these hurdles successfully, aligning resources to seize every opportunity.

Izyan, a professional with over 12 years of expertise in business development, sales, and marketing within the oil and gas sector. Currently leading the Marketing and Corporate Affairs division, she specialize in driving strategic growth, enhancing corporate visibility, and managing stakeholder engagement across complex business environments. Holding a degree in Accountancy, she have built a strong track record through roles with both local and international companies, contributing to impactful initiatives across diverse markets and industry landscapes.
